Our Founder’s Story

I didn’t set out to build an outsourcing company. I built a solution to a problem I personally faced.

I’m Aurangzaib Chawla, Founder of Eco Outsourcing. In 2016, while running my own accounting practice in London, I struggled to find reliable offshore support that met the standards my clients expected. Quality control issues, communication gaps and missed deadlines were constant challenges. I realised that the market lacked an outsourcing partner that truly understood the accountability and precision accountants need.

So instead of settling for compromise, I decided to build my own offshore setup starting with a small, dedicated team of four professionals in Lahore. The goal was simple: to deliver the kind of dependable, well-managed back-office support that I wanted for my own firm.

That small initiative grew into a global operation. Today, Eco Outsourcing employs a team of 60+ experts, including two UK-based senior managers stationed in Pakistan to ensure training, quality and seamless delivery. By 2018, after refining our systems and developing a robust quality management framework, we began supporting other accountancy firms and later expanded to provide full outsourcing and project solutions for SMEs and corporates worldwide.

With front-end operations in London (Putney) and delivery hubs in Lahore and Dubai, we now offer clients cost-effective, around-the-clock managed support that balances quality with scale.
